Even though Williamston’s Boo in the Park was postponed until Monday, the event drew a very large crowd, many with interesting and entertaining costumes. The line to the fun formed on East Main Street beginning near the Methodist Church and continued along the sidewalk into the park for much of the evening. The event included free candy, a costume contest, rides on the Williamston Fire Department antique fire engine and lots of fun. Entertainment was provided by Jack’s Drum Shack and Rokit Dance Company. Pelzer Church of God offered free hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn and a puppet show.
