Williamston Police Report


Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Mar. 3 – Angela M. Dobson, 45, 208 Mill St., Williamston reported receiving harassing calls on her cell phone from Connie Marlene Henderson, 44, of 203 Mauldin St., Williamston. According to reports, Dobson stated that the threats were the result of her husband’s friend (Henderson’s husband) staying at their residence and Henderson did not like the situation. The incident remains under investigation. L. B. Culbertson investigated.
Mar. 4 – Ryan Timothy Irvine, 32, 119 Thorn Ridge Lane, Pelzer was arrested for open container after officers responded to a wreck at Greenville Drive and School St. According to reports, Irvine stated he had been up over 24 hours and had fallen asleep and struck a tree in his 2017 Ford Explorer. A bottle of Jim Beam Fire Whiskey was found in the passenger floor board and a bottle of Jack Daniels was found under the passenger seat. R. Maxwell, J. Lafayette investigated.
Mar. 5 – Corey Oneil Solesby, 21, 109 G St., Williamston was arrested for driving under suspension, for failure to pay traffic tickets and speeding, after a Ford truck was observed traveling 44 mph in a 25 mph zone. He was placed under arrest and transported to ACDC without incident. B. K. Creel investigated.
Mar. 1 – Carlton Joseph Slade, 66, 7 Church St,. Williamston was issued a summons for driving under suspension and manner of driving after a white SUV was observed traveling 47 mph in a 35 mph zone on Ida Tucker. B. K. Creel investigated.
