LORRAINE ROBINSON

WILLIAMSTON – Lorraine Guest Robinson, 85, widow of Charles Robert Robinson, Sr., passed away Friday, June 22, 2018 at her home.

Born in Honea Path, she was a daughter of the late Perry and Annie Belle Davis Guest.  She was a member of Williamston First Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughters, Debra Robinson and Donna Robinson; son, Charles R. Robinson, Jr.; brother, Haynie Guest; and sister-in-law, Dolly Butler.

She was predeceased by a sister, Sybil Thorne.

Visitation was held from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 25, at Williamston First Baptist Church with the service following at 3:00 p.m. at the church. Burial followed at Garden of Memories in Belton.

MICHAEL SCHULTZ

WILLIAMSTON – Michael Lee Schultz, 32, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018.

Born in Jacksonville, FL, he was a son of Angela Charlene Wilson and step-father, Christopher Barker. He was employed with Prime, Inc.

In addition to his mother and step-father of the home, he was survived by sisters, Ashley Herrera of Pelzer and Heather Schultz of Williamston; brother, Justin Schultz of Williamston; grandparents, Wayne and Shelby Adams of Anderson and Marie Schultz of Piedmont.

He was predeceased by grandfather, David James Schultz, Sr.

A memorial service was held at 4:00 pm Saturday, June 23, in the chapel at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer. The family received friends following the service.

ROBERT ALLEN

Robert Allen, 85, of Greenville, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia.

He was a son of the late O.C. Allen and Irene Mack Allen.

Surviving are one daughter, Rolonda Latreecee Payne of Columbia; sons, Robert Allen of Smithfield, VA, Raoul Allen of Japan, Renoir Allen of Powdersville, Tony Norman and Roth Allen, both of Greenville, and Jermaine Allen of Portland, OR; one sister, Irene Allen of Winston-Salem, NC; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was held Saturday, June 23 at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary. Burial followed in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

FRANKLIN AUTREY

Franklin L. Autrey, Sr. of Taylors died June 18, 2018. He was the son of the late James Garvin and Catherine Pridmore.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Lovie B. Autrey, two sons: Frankie Autrey, Jr. and Jason Autrey, four Grandsons, and one Great Granddaughter.

A memorial service was  held Friday at NHC, Boiling Springs in Greenville.

OLA MAE EREXSON

Ola Mae Jenkins Erexson, 85, of Piedmont, died Thursday, June 21, 2018 at home.

Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Nelson Gilreath and Lula Coker Jenkins. She was a member of Waycross Baptist Church.

She is survived by son, Steve Erexson, of Piedmont; brother, Nelson Jenkins of Piedmont; and one granddaughter.

Funeral service was held Sunday, June 24, in the Chapel of Gray Mortuary, Pelzer.

Burial was held Monday, June 25, at Greenville Memorial Gardens.

BILL CAMPBELL

William Thomas “Bill” Campbell, Sr., 83, of Pelzer, husband of the late Audrey Ann Chapman Campbell, died Saturday, June 23, 2018.

Born in Springfield, OH, he was the son of the late Adolphus and Dora Marie Stapleton Campbell.

He was a Retired Tech Sergeant of the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Freedom Fellowship Church in Piedmont.

He is survived by sons, William T. Campbell, Jr. of Belton, Robert H. Campbell, Sr. of Myrtle Beach; daughter, Rhonda Marie Campbell Smith of the home; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held Wednesday at Greenville Memorial Gardens.

SHIRLEY LEWIS STAMEY

Shirley Ann Lewis Stamey, 69, of Marietta, died Thursday, June 21, 2018 at her home.

Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Lewis and Gertrude Lucille Luther Lewis.

She was a homemaker and was a member of Peters Creek Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Stamey; son, Travis L. Stamey of Greenville; daughter, Marie Sprayberry of Piedmont; brothers, Terry Lewis of Greenville and Johnny Lewis of Dacusville; and two granddaughters.

Funeral service was held Monday, June 25 at Peters Creek Baptist Church.

Burial followed at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Greenville.

ARTHUR CLAYTON BROWN

Arthur Clayton Brown, 95, of Anderson, died Monday, June 25, 2018 at Rainey Hospice House.

Born in Hartwell, GA, he was a son of the late William Snow Brown and the late Ethel Brown.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Ellen Ruth Turner Brown of the home; sons, “Monkey” Brown and Donnie Brown, both of Starr; daughters, Shelby Cherry, Brenda Brooks, both of Anderson; stepdaughter, Sandra Rumsey of Anderson; grandchildren raised in the home, Tammy Cross of Anderson, Kim Ivestor of Anderson, and Cindy Brock of Pelzer; brother, John Brown of Anderson; sister, Mick Austin of Lakeland, FL; and nine additional grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial with military honors will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

LOUISE DURHAM MARTIN

Louise Durham Martin, 87, of Pendleton, died Sunday, June 24, 2018 at National Healthcare of Anderson.

Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Herman Alfred Durham and the late Nettie Jordan Durham.

She was the wife of the late Hugh Edward Martin.

She had worked for Carolina Burglar Alarm Systems. She was a member of Refuge Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Barree M. Martin of Pendleton; daughter, Cynthia K. Ramsey of Ackworth, GA; three brothers, Billy F. Durham of Piedmont, H. Marion Durham of Greenville, and Travis Durham of Pendleton; and sister, Pauline Sexton of Liberty.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 28 at 3 p.m. at the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Memory Gardens in Clemson.

Family will receive friends Thursday from 1 until 2:30 p.m. at The McDougald Funeral Home.
