Williamston Town Council will hold a public hearing during their regular monthly meeting on Monday, October 1, at 6:30 p.m. at the Williamston Municipal Center.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to hear any public concerns on a proposed amendment to the town zoning ordinance regarding setback limits. The change would reduce the rear setback requirements for all property in the “MFR-Multifamily Residential” Zoning District from 25 feet to 15 feet.
