Two people were injured in a head-on collision Friday on South Piedmont Highway. The two vehicles collided near the intersection of Rehobeth School Road. Piedmont firefighters along with a paramedic from South Greenville Fire Department assisted Greenville County EMS and Greenville Hospital System with patient care. Both drivers were traveling alone. The roadway was closed for more than an hour due to the accident.
