Works continues on the Minor Street bridge replacement project. Templates for the new bridge were recently put into place and work will be interrupted briefly this week while Duke Energy is in the process of relocating some power lines. Once the power lines have been moved, foundation pylons for the new bridge will be driven into place, probably next week. After that, concrete for the new bridge will be poured and slabs put in place.
