Williamston Town Council recognized Jean Taylor for providing a positive voice in the community with her social media page. The town will place a plaque in her honor on the covered bridge in Mineral Spring Park. A special ceremony will be held at 11 a.m Saturday, Aug. 24 during the Spring Water Festival to unveil the plaque on the bridge which is favorite place she likes to sit.
