Mark Durham is running for the SC House District 10 Seat as a conservative republican.
He is a retired Law Enforcement Officer and retired from Clemson University in 2012.
“My career taught me patience and compassion,” Durham said. “My parents educated me regarding respect, honesty, and the importance of integrity but those were traits I had to learn by life experience. Retirement allows me the time to dedicate to you and our community. If elected, I will make myself accessible in the local office and by phone.”
Durham said, “I will treat others with respect and I will listen to you and speak on your behalf. I am not perfect, by any means, but I AM a hard worker and I do what I say to the best of my ability.
Durham said his goal is to build a better district, a district that thrives economically, while maintaining that small town community feel. “We deserve a clean, safe, friendly environment for our families; a place where we can work, play, and raise our children,” he said.
“I’m asking for your vote, as well as your support, going forward.”
Durham invites voters to visit his website. “My website gives you a brief overview of who I am and what I believe,” he said. “Also, there are links to voters information, request a sign, make a donation or email me. I encourage you to call, text or email me. I want to know you and I want you to know me.”
He adds, “The upstate is a really great place to live. Together, I think we can make it even better.
I look forward to talking with you and discussing your ideas and concerns. It will be a privilege and honor to serve you. Thank you for your support!”
