Piercetown, Whitefield, and Hopewell firefighters responded to a house fire Thursday evening. The house, located on Highway 81 near Webb Road, suffered damage from a fire that began in or around a fireplace. There were no injuries and Highway 81 was partially closed till the fire was extinguished. (Photo by David Rogers)
