Early voters at Calvary Baptist Church on election day experienced about a two hour wait in line to get inside to vote. The precinct had a steady flow of voters throughout the day. At nearby Cedar Grove, the early wait was just over an hour. Afternoon the wait was much less. Poll workers throughout the area reported heavy turnout for this election. Polls will remain open until 7 p.m. tonight.
