On Wed. (Jan. 27) DHEC reported 2,621 new cases of COVID-19 and 228 probable cases.
DHEC also reported 88 new confirmed deaths and 9 probable deaths related to COVID.
There were 10,479 test results reported with 25 percent of them positives.
There were 2086 COVID patients in hospitals across the state with 443 in ICU and 286 on ventilators.
