On Wednesday ( Mar. 3) DHEC reported 583 new cases and 291 probable cases of COVID-19. DHEC also reported 18 deaths and 26 probable deaths related to COVID.
Anderson County reported 19 new cases, 11 probable cases and 4 deaths related to COVID.
Greenville County reported 91 new cases, 30 probable cases and 5 deaths related to COVID.
There were 9277 molecular test results reported with a positivity rated of 9.6 percent.
COVID patients in hospitals across the state remained the same as the day before with 706 in hospital beds, 190 in ICU and 86 on ventilators.
