On Tuesday, DHEC reported 97 new cases, 61 probable cases of COVID-19. DHEC reported 15 deaths related to COVID. There were 5,552 molecular test results reported with 3.2 percent positive. Anderson County reported one new case and 2 probable cases. Greenville County reported 15 new cases, 8 probable cases and 3 COVID related deaths. Greenville County continues to lead the state in cases followed by York with 10 new and 8 probable and Richland with 9. All of the other counties have less than 5 cases.
There were 302 COVID patients in hospitals with 80 in ICU and 43 on ventilators.
