SCDHEC Update – COVID-19 cases on the rise

COVID-19 cases across the State , and locally, are seeing a slight, but steady increase over the last week or so.
On Thursday (July 15) SCDHEC reported 331 new cases and 307 probable cases of COVID-19.
There were 5 COVID related deaths, 1 in Greenville.
Anderson County reported 9 new cases and 14 probable cases of COVID. Greenville County reported 45 new cases and 30 probable cases.
On Wednesday (July 14), DHEC reported 204 new cases and 121 probable cases. There were 3 deaths and 1 probable death related to COVID. There were 192 COVID patients in hospitals with 53 in ICU and 16 on ventilators.
On July 13, DHEC reported 229 new cases and 139 probable cases across the state.
Anderson County reported 5 new cases and Greenville County reported 10.
On July 12 Anderson County reported 7 new cases and 2 probable cases. Greenville County reported 16 new cases and 12 probable cases.
July 11 – DHEC reported 240 new cases, 183 probable cases and 2 deaths related to COVID. Anderson County reported 6 new cases and 5 probable cases. Greenville County reported 19 new cases and 14 probable cases.
July 10 – DHEC reported 235 new cases, 160 probable cases and 7 deaths related to COVID-19.
Anderson County reported 3 new cases and 4 probable cases.
Greenville County reported 21 new cases, 14 probable cases and 2 deaths related to COVID.
July 6 – D”HEC reported 68 new cases and 48 probable cases.
Anderson County had none. Greenville County had 6.
July 5 – DHEC reported 117 new cases and 63 probable cases. Anderson County reported 4 new cases. Greenville County reported 19 new and 4 probable cases of COVID.
July 4 – DHEC reported 184 new and 89 probable cases of COVID.
Anderson County reported 3 new and 2 probable. Greenville County reported 19 new and 4 probable.
July 3 – DHEC reported 147 new and 80 probable cases.
Anderson County reported 3 new cases. Greenville County reported 17 new and 3 probable cases.
