Two candidates have signed up for the two seats open on West Pelzer council in the upcoming Nov. 2 election. Johnny Rogers Sr., who currently holds a seat on council and Jeff Lee have signed up. Rogers’s seat and the seat currently held by Vicki Farmer are up for re-election. Persons desiring to vote in the election must be registered by October 3, 2021.
