A Wren firefighter (R) looks up as LifeFlight approaches the scene of a head on collision Saturday night. It happened on Highway 86 near Airy Springs. Two people were taken by ambulance to the hospital and one was flown. Wren and Three and Twenty firefighters extricated the injured.
