Organizers of Boo in the Park, which will be held on Saturday, October 30 in Williamston’s Mineral Spring Park, are looking for vendors to give out candy at the event.
Any church, business or individual that wishes to participate in handing out candy can contact Dianne Lollis at 847-5743 or Debbie Chapman at Town Hall. Applications are available at the Journal or Town Hall.
“This is a great way to market a business or group to the community,” Lollis said. “All you have to do is bring candy to give out to the children”.
Vendors will be required to bring their own table and chairs this year, Lollis said.
The event is free to the public and includes candy giveout, costume contest and other entertainment.
