Agents from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested Brian
Joseph Stoltie, 42, of Greenville last week for Obstructing Justice. Previously, Stoltie was involved in an officer involved shooting in Anderson County and was charged with Attempted Murder in 2019.
Stoltie was extradited from Pennsylvania Department of Corrections to face this charge in South
Carolina.
Stoltie was booked at the Anderson County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by 10tb Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
