The Pelzer Planning Commission will officially meet for the first time at 6 p.m.
Wednesday Sept. 21 at the Pelzer Gym.
Planning Commission members will be introduced and members of the Anderson County Planning and Development Staff will explaining the role of the Planning Commission.
Business items on the agenda include Adoption of By-Laws, Election of Vice Chairperson and setting a future meeting schedule.
There will also be discussion on adoption of the Town of Pelzer Comprehensive Plan. A Public Hearing is set for Wednesday, October 19.
