Winners of the Envision Williamston Williamston Goes Griswold decorating contest, Deck the Halls and Christmas Park displays were announced at the Williamston Town Council meeting Monday.

Deck the Halls Winners included:
Most Artistic: “Through the Years” carved characters by Joe Ellison
Best by Individuals: “Little Miss Magnolia Grinch” by Joy Harvell, Lisa Ellison & Beverly Greenway. “In memory of Rhonda Alexander”
Best Business: “Peppermint Sweets and Treats” by Maple Bakery
Most Whimsical: “Christmas in July” by Amanda King
Best Religious Organization: “Jesus Makes Christmas Sweet” by Williamston First Baptist Church Child Development Center
Most Creative: “Woodland Wonderland” by Yellow Jessamine Garden Club
Best Organization: “A Tribute to Veterans” by American Legion, Eddie Morgan Post 121 Ladies Auxiliary.
Best of Show: “Peppermint Party” by Melanie Wills

Christmas Park Display Winners:
Best Religious – First Baptist Church
Best Organization-Wendy Burgess-Anderson One Board of Trustees
Best Secular-Palmetto Properties
Best Individual – Tie between Sandra Burgess and Wildwood carvings by Joe Ellison
Best Business-MadDog BBQ
Best of Show-Eureka Baptist Church

Williamston Goes Griswold decorating contest winners were:
Business Category – First Place: D.A.D.’S Company, LLC; Second Place: Clemson Eye of Williamston; Third Place: Jackson Stanley Realtors.
Personal Category – First Place: The Cole’s of Lakeview Drive; Second Place: Cory Lollis of Ridgecrest Way; Third Place: Jennifer Liebisch of Mauldin St.
