Eye Am Pretty Braiding Academy will offer a free four weekend course that will cover a variety of topics including Braiding Techniques, Business Creation and Management, Sexual & Personal Health/Education, Financial Literacy and Proper Nutrition.
The free course is for ages 8-18 (Licensing Age: 15 & Older) and will be offered every Saturday during April and every Friday and Saturday during May. Hours will be 9am to 1pm.
Eye Am Pretty Braiding Academy is a Safe Haven and Creative Space. They are currently accepting applications for the new program where you’ll learn Braiding Techniques, Business Creation and Management, Sexual & Personal Health/Education, Financial Literacy, and Proper Nutrition.
“The Braiding Course normally costs $1500 however April and May Courses will be free of charge to give back within our community,” said director Tamara Hunter.
Applications are available on site at Eye Am Pretty (Anderson), 101 Cromer Rd. Unit 119, Williamston. There will be a Conductive Interview Process and a Graduation Celebration for all who complete the program. There will also be a Fashion Show Field Trip (Fees Applied).
