Firefighters attempt to turn the water off after a fire hydrant was struck in a wreck Thursday evening. It happened on River Road south of I-85. A truck ran off the road and struck the fire hydrant and a natural gas stand. Wren and Powdersville firefighters responded along with Medshore and a QRV. No one was injured. (Photo by David Rogers)
