The annual Pig in the Park Barbecue Festival and Cookoff was held in Williamston’s Mineral Spring Park over the weekend, May 19 and 20. The event featured championship cooking of barbecue with eighteen cook teams competing along with food sales, vendors and other activities.
The event is sponsored by the Williamston Masonic Lodge.
