Anderson School District One Graduates to receive diplomas Friday

All three Anderson School District One High Schools will hold graduation services this Friday, May 26 at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson.
Wren High graduates will receive their diplomas in a service beginning at 9 a.m., followed by Powdersville High at 12 p.m. and Palmetto High at 3 p.m.
Palmetto High
Palmetto High Commencement Exercises will begin at 3 p.m. with Presentation of the Colors by the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Color Guard.
Honor Grad Tamya Nijah Dawson will lead the Pledge of Allegiance which will be followed by singing of the National Anthem by CJ Kincaid Doss.
Honor Grad Weston Gregory Pack will welcome guests.
Salutatorian Erik Jacob Howard will present his student address.
Mark Burrows of the Varsity Concert choir will present special music “Your Song”.
Valedictorian Emma Kate Austin will give her student address.
Honor Grad Hampton Walker McDade will read a Letter from the Class of 2023.
Palmetto High School Principal Robert Roach will recognize special guests.
Superintendent Robbie Binnicker and Prinicpal Roach will present diplomas. They will be assisted by Palmetto High Assistant Principals William Jones and April Hays.
Principal Roach will confirm graduates.
Honor Grad Le’anna Grace DeVall will give her student response.
Honor Grad Harlie Anne Wilson will have closing remarks.
Wren High Graduation
Wren High Graduation services will begin at 9 a.m.
Honor Grad Carson Gregory Goodell will have Opening Reflection. The NJROTC Color Guard will Present Colors. Honor Grad Ava Caroline Gunshore will lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Honor Grad Davis Carter Lee will sing the National Anthem.
Honor Grad and Student Body President Kaley Shea Harkness will welcome guests.
Special Music “Bridge Over Troubled Water” will be presented by Concert Chorus Members.
Wren High Principal Dr. Kyle Whitfield will recognize special guests inlcuding School District One Board Members, District Office Personnel and Wren Area Administrators.
Honor Grad Brenan Kay Palazzolo will have a Tribute to Teachers.
Principal Whitfield will recognize Honors.
Wren Salutatorian Dakota Belle Sutton will give her student address, “The Open Doors”.
Valedictorian Lukas Cooper Palassis will give his student address, “Spread Your Wings”.
Honor Grad Amy Rene Easlick will read a Letter to the Audience.
Dr. Whitfield will award Diplomas with assistance from Courtney Jackson and Christopher Chapman.
Honor Grad Jaeden Dawn Bryant will lead the Alma Mater.
Honor Grad Bailey Thomas Masters will have Final Thoughts.
Powdersville High Graduation
Powdersville High Commencement Exercises will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday.
Following the Processional, Honor Grad Camille Eilise Holmes will begin with a Moment of Reflection. The NJROTC will Present Colors.
Honor Grad Emma Caroline Esplin will lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Honor Grad Katherine Kimberly Wright will sing the Star Spangled Banner.
Honor Grads and Student Body Co-Presidents David James Middleton and Shayne Elisabeth Pruitt will welcome guests.
Concert Choir Members and Show Choir Members will present special music “For Good”.
Powdersville High Principal Dr. Adam Lanford will present awards and recognize honors.
Valedictorian Avi Amitkumar Patel will present a Graduation Address entitled “Timeless”.
Salutatorian Benjamin Curtis Freeman will present a Graduation Address entitled “From this day on.”
Honor Grad Kate Audrey Ellis will read a Letter to the Audience.
Dr. Lanford, Jessica Large and Phillip Bramblett will award diplomas.
Honor Grad Genavieve Nicholette Goss will lead the Alma Mater.
Honor Grad and Senior Class President Hallie Nicole meaders will have closing remarks.
