Gabriel Tyrec Jackson, 19, was arrested and is facing charges after opening fire at his father following an argument that started outside the Belton home on Sunday.
According to the ACSO, Jackson was tracked down by the Anderson County Fugitive Investigations Unit and was located in Abbeville County. He has been charged with Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime and Assault & Battery in a High and Aggravated Nature.
Jackson was to appear in bond court Tuesday morning.
