West Pelzer firefighters responded to a large tree down on Courtney Street Sunday evening as a strong thunderstorm moved through the area. Utility lines were also damaged when it fell. More than two hundred Duke Energy customers were without power a QRV also responded along with SCDOT, Pelzer public works, and Duke Energy. Hail was also reported. (Photo by David Rogers)
