Early Voting for June 11 Statewide Primary began Tuesday and will be underway through June 7 at two locations in Anderson County.
Early Voting will be held at the Anderson County Election office, 301 N Main Street in Anderson and the Powdersville Branch Library, 4 Civic Court in Powdersville. Hours for early voting are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
If necessary, a runoff election will be held on June 25 runoff. Early Voting for a runoff election will be held June 19 – June 21at the same locations.
Absentee voting BY MAIL is also still being conducted. If you need an Absentee ballot BY MAIL, contact the Anderson County Electon Office at 864-260-4035 or visit: www.scvotes.gov.
The Anderson County Board of Elections is still looking for workers to help with early voting for the Primary.
