Former West Pelzer Mayor and businessman Blake Sanders and Anderson Attorney James Galyean will face off in the June 25 runoff election for the SC House District 9 seat. House District 9 covers the area on either side of US Highway 29 from Anderson, Hammond area to Williamston, West Pelzer and Pelzer.
