Freedom Celebration to feature concert – Gyth Rigdon and TracieLynn

In addition to fireworks and other activities, Williamston’s Freedom Celebration, scheduled for this Saturday, June 29, will include a concert featuring national recording artists Gyth Rigdon and TracieLynn. Luke Smith will open the evening concert.
Nashville based, up and coming new artist, TracieLynn, who is already making great chart debuts, will be one of the featured performers. TracieLynn was a finalist on the NBC hit music show, “The Voice”.
Hailing from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, country artist TracieLynn is not afraid to make a statement with her music. Since moving to Nashville late 2019, TracieLynn has garnered over 10 million all-time streams across all platforms with her powerhouse vocals and relatable lyrics with releases “Good Kind Of Crazy,” “Ain’t Enough Whiskey,” “All Goes South” and more.
TracieLynn has a steady touring schedule performing festivals and fair dates including the Patriotic Festival, Carolina Country Music Fest, Greenville Country Music Fest, Nashville’s Taco and Margarita Festival (Nissan Stadium), Freedom Festival, NashFest 757, Honeybee Festival, etc. She has opened for Jon Pardi, Morgan Wallen, Jordan Davis, Sara Evans, Sam Hunt, Riley Green, Jon Langston and many more.
TraciLynn has had more than 10 million streams across all music platforms and reached Number 1 on Radio Disney two times with her song “Good kind of Crazy”.
Gyth Rigdon, who was also a hit on “The Voice”, will also be performing.
Singer Gyth Rigdon is a country boy raised on a southern Louisiana race horse farm in a small town. Rigdon started singing and playing music at the age of three and by the time he was eight he was singing in church, at private parties, and talent shows. Gyth’s love for music has always been so sincere and second to nothing.
Rigdon has been the opening act for legendary Texas Hall Of Fame country music star Johnny Lee and Louisiana Zydecajun star Wayne Toupes. He was a winner of “The Sound” competition held in Lake Charles, La. Rigdon also competed on The Voice in 2019.
The all day event will include a cruise-in, firetruck rides, Bobbers On Big Creek Race, a Freedom Vendors Market, golf cart parade, kids Fun Zone and other activities.
Viewing for the fireworks show and Freedom Celebraton concert will be on the ballfields located behind Town Hall. Gates will open at 5 p.m with music starting at 5:30 pm. Schedule is Luke Smith at 5:30 pm followed by TracieLynn at 6:30 pm and Gyth Rigdon at 8 pm. Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m.
