Pelzer to celebrate Independence Day on July 4th

The Town of Pelzer will hold their annual July 4th fireworks celebration on Thursday, July 4 at the Lower Mill property located on Murray Street. The free event will begin at 7 p.m. with free hot dogs and a foam pit. Fireworks will be at 9:30 p.m.
The Independence Day celebration is sponsored by the Pelzer Heritage Commission, Town of Pelzer, The Original Pelzer Light People, Pelzer Church of God, Alive Wesleyan Church, Pelzer First Baptist Church, Pelzer Mill Hill Outreach, MA Davis Sanitation, LNC Automotive Repair, Betty Boop Hair Salon, JP and Ashley Davis and many other volunteers.
“Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the fun,” a spokesperson said.
