Greenville County EMS and Piedmont firefighters work with a motorcyclist after a wreck on Piedmont Golf Course Road. It happened east of Old Pelzer Road early Friday morning. A QRV also responded along with state troopers. The driver was rushed to Prisma Health Greenville.
