Powdersville firefighters responded to a dumpster fire last week behind a business on Highway 153. According to fire department officials the fire was quickly extinguished. The fire caused decorative lights to melt that were on the building. The cause of the fire was determined to have been fireworks containers that were placed into the dumpster prior to being wet down
