Betty Holliday
Betty Jean Guin Holliday of Williamston, 55, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024, at her home.
Born in Monroe, NC, she was a daughter of Mary Azilee Helms White and the late Jerry William Guin. She was employed with EuroKera.
In addition to her mother of Anderson, she is survived by children, Ray Loftis of Williamston, Scott Holliday of Anderson, Reva Holcombe of Simpsonville, and Leanne Biggs of Lafayette, GA; siblings, Billy Guin of Belton, David Guin of Pelzer, Becky Ross of Pell City, AL, and Cindy Harris of Anderson; 20 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
The family received friends, July 22, at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer. The funeral service followed in the mortuary chapel.

Norman Wynn
Norman Joseph Wynn of Piedmont, 66, husband of the late Teresa Ann Rogers Wynn, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024.
Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Carroll David Wynn. He was a retired firefighter with the Piedmont Fire Department and a member of Grove Station Masonic Lodge #166.
He is survived by daughter, Trista Wynn Chastain of Piedmont; brothers, Stewart Wynn of Anderson, David Wynn of Piedmont, Steve Canup of Piedmont, and Russell Canup of Pelzer; grandchildren, Lillian Chastain Cisson and Justin Brandt Chastain; and one great-grandchild on the way.
In addition to his wife and father, he was predeceased by stepmother, Ruth Ann Canup Wynn.
In addition to his wife A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 29, at Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends following the service.

Thomasine Shumaker Price of Pelzer, 83, widow of Hugh Alvin Price, Sr. passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
Born in Creston, SC, she was a daughter of the late Henry Thomas “Shorty” and Margaret Alice Metts Shumaker. She retired from Hickory Springs and Steel Heddle. She was a member of Hampton Heights Baptist Church.
Surviving are children, Rosemary Drusilla Hammond of Donalds, Hugh Alvin Price, Jr. of Pelzer, Jasper Quintin Price of Marysville, PA, Joseph Thomas Price of Simpsonville, and Cora Tina Kirby of Travelers Rest; sisters, Agnes S. Romatzick, Anne DeLong, Faye Newman, all of Sumter, Doris Ashworth of Winnsboro; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held July 20 at Pine Lawn Cemetery in Pelzer.
