One person was injured Thursday morning in a hit and run wreck in Piedmont. The wreck happened at Highway 20 and Bessie Road and involved four vehicles. A vehicle struck another in the rear knocking it into another which struck another. The driver that caused the chain reaction then drove off. Piedmont firefighters and Greenville county EMS responded. One person was taken to the hospital.
