A man Deputies have been searching for since last Friday is now in custody. Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Chester Robert Henderson in connection to allegedly shooting his own father. Henderson was apprehended with the assistance of a Greenville County K9 after trying to run from law enforcement. He is facing charges of Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon during a Violent Crime, and Possession of a Firearm by a Person convicted of Certain Crimes. Henderson was arrested on the property behind 128 Finley Road and will be transported to the hospital for treatment of a K9 bite before being taken to the Greenville County Detention Center to face his respective charges.
