The Pelzer Planning Commission will hold a drop-in from 9 am -12 pm Saturday, September 28 for citizens to view a site plan and information about a planned new development for property located on Anderson Street and Smythe Street in Pelzer.
Plans call for 18 new homes to be constructed on the property.
The drop-in will be held at the Pelzer Gym, 112 Lebby Street in Pelzer.
The following Tuesday, the Pelzer Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the development at 6 pm on October 2.
The Subdivision Plat application has been submitted by Chris Hill . The property is identified as TMS #243-03-02-001 located at Anderson St. & Smythe St.
