Town of Pelzer Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 pm on October 2, regarding a new housing development in Pelzer with 18 homes. The development will be on property identified as TMS #243-03-02-001 located at Anderson St. & Smythe St.
A Subdivision Plat application which has been submitted to the Planning Commission developer Chris Hill.
The Planning Commission will also take comments on recommendations to Council to amend Ordinance #23-012 – Building setbacks and lot requirements and on land use application for Rewa for the sewer improvement upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
The public hearing will be held at the Pelzer Gym, 112 Lebby St.
