An 87 year old Easley man was fatally injured in a two car accident last Thursday on Three and Twenty Road in Easley.
Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore identified the victim as David Bryant Wilson of Easley.
According to Shore, preliminary investigation showed that the victim was a driver’s side rear passenger in a Lincoln Town Car that pulled out from Hendricks Road onto Three and Twenty Road and was hit by a Kia Telluride traveling South.
The accident happened at around 11:45 am on Thursday on Three and Twenty Road at Hendricks Road. Anderson County EMS, Medshore EMS, Piercetown Fire Department, Three and Twenty Fire Department, Wren Fire Department, the South Carolina Highway Patrol, and Anderson County Office of the Coroner responded to the scene.
Responders arrived to find multiple people injured and one patient deceased on scene. The death has been ruled accidental.
The investigation is ongoing by the Anderson County Office of the Coroner and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
