GCSO arrests three in Emily Lane fatal shooting

Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit have arrested three people in connection the murder of Lewis Anthony Polk who was shot and killed inside his residence at 607 Emily Lane on November 2.
Deputies on the GCSO Fugitive Apprehension Specialized Investigations Team and Deputies with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tybloshie Shunquavius Rayquan Tate, 24 and Jimeika Lakeshia Williams, 41, in Anderson County. Following their arrests, F.A.S.I.T team members arrested Omarien Raykel Anderson, 17, in Greenville County.

Tybloshie Shunquavius Rayquan Tate

According to reports, during the course of the investigation, investigators learned that all parties involved lived together in the apartment, and Tybloshie Tate shot Polk following a dispute.
During the altercation, Tate also sustained a gunshot wound in addition to Williams, although the means for how Tate and Williams sustained gunshot wounds are still under investigation.
Tate, Williams, and Anderson were all transported to the Greenville County Detention Center, where they face the following charges:
Tybloshie Shunquavius Rayquan Tate – Murder; Possession of a Weapon during a Violent Crime; Possession of a Weapon by a person convicted of PWID; Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana (2nd Offense); Possession of a Firearm by a person convicted of Certain Crimes
Jimeika Lakeshia Williams is charged with Accessory after the Fact of a Murder.
Omarien Raykel Anderson is charged with Accessory after the Fact of a Murder.
