A car and moped collided Friday night on Augusta Road. It happened near Columbia Road. The moped became embedded in the front of the car and both vehicles burned. The driver of the car escaped serious injury. The moped driver was flown to the hospital by helicopter. Dunklin and South Greenville firefighters responded.
