The Anderson County Council will hold a public hearing to receive oral or written comments on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 6:30 pm concerning Ordinance No. 2025-010, An Ordinance to amend Chapter 24-119 and the bufferyard requirements table of the Anderson County Code of Ordinances, such that buffers will be required in zoned and un-zoned unincorporated areas of Anderson County and along roads within Anderson County; and other matters related thereto and Ordinance No. 2025-012, An Ordinance to amend Section 24-119 of the Anderson County, South Carolina, Code of Ordinances to add additional requirements for landscaping and bufferyard requirements; and other matters related thereto. This meeting will be held at the Anderson County Historic Courthouse at 101 South Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina.
