Pelzer Town Council will hold a Special Called Meeting on Wednesday, April 23, at 4 pm at the Pelzer Gym. According to the public notice, council members plan to enter Executive Session to discuss a “personnel matter.” While public notice of the meeting is required under state law, members of the public are not permitted to attend or observe Executive Session proceedings. No vote can be taken in executive session.
