Robert Glenn “Pop” Davis, 83 of Piedmont, husband of Phyllis Marie King Davis, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025.
Born in Anderson, he was the son of the late Robert C. and Virginia Hill Davis. He was formerly employed with Charter Communications and was a member of Bessie Road Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Phyllis, of 39 years, he is survived by son, Gary Glenn Davis; daughters, Christy Davis Reid and Misty Davis Way; step-son, Shane Hawthorne; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; eight nieces; and thirteen great-nieces.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 12, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Bessie Road Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the church. Burial will be at Greenville Memorial Gardens.

Ted Lee Tinsley, 77, of Pelzer, husband of Patsy Kelley Tinsley, passed away Monday, June 30, 2025.
Born in Pickens County, he was a son of Clara Mae Kelley Tinsley and the late Arlie Leimo Tinsley. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a truck driver for Winn-Dixie and owner of Classic Outboards Repair Service since 1999, and a Baptist..
In addition to his wife of the home and his mother of Greenville, he is survived by son, Brian Lee Tinsley of Greenville; daughter, Peggy Renee Tinsley Gillespie and two grandchildren; brother, Don Tinsley of Fair Play; sister, Vickie Tinsley Stinnett of Pelzer.

Theresa Ann Williams Crompton, 77, of Pelzer, wife of Donald Franklin Crompton, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025.
Born in Pelzer, she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Edna Jo Bryson Williams. In her earlier years, she worked at Piedmont Mills.
In addition to her husband she is survived by sons, Kenneth Crompton of Williamston and Ronny Crompton of Easley; sisters, Roberta Reid of Piedmont, Lynn Human of Pelzer, and Tracy Church of Easley; seven grandchildren, Landon, Lindsay, Seth, Rachel, Hayden, Hunter, and Mallory; great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held, July 2 at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer followed by the funeral service in the mortuary chapel. Burial was at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Debra “Debbie” Dove Streetman of Williamston, 69, widow of Gary Duane Streetman, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025.
Born in Williamston, she was a daughter of Bill and Joyce D. Valentine and the late Melvin Darby Dove. She retired from Disability Determination Services and was a member of Old South Gospel Church.
In addition to her mother of Williamston, she is survived by step-daughter, Stephanie Streetman of Pelzer; step-son, Richard Streetman of Chicago; two grandchildren; brother, Gaige Sherman of Williamston.

Mildred Fay McAlister Atkins of Piedmont, 78, wife of the late Clyde Edward Atkins, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Frank David and Ruby Nell Gilbert McAlister. She was a homemaker and member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughter, Cynthia Waldon; son, Clyde David Atkins; sister, Frankie Simmons; seven grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 9, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Gray Mortuary.

William Timothy Bagwell
Belton- William Timothy Bagwell,64, husband of Crystal Denise Smith Garrett of Belton, died Monday, June 30,2025 at AnMed Medical Center.
Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late William Alfred Bagwell and Elsie Elizabeth Kerr Bagwell. He was a truck driver for 50 plus years. He loved his truck driver family at Belton Metal Company. He was an avid deer hunter and a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to the wife of the home, he is survived by a son, William Cody Bagwell and a daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Bagwell; a brother, William Darrell (Rita) Bagwell; sisters, Phyllis Bagwell Sisk, Deborah Bagwell (Randall) Garrett, and Cynthia Bagwell Brewer; Step-children, Kenneth Tyler (Kristie) Garrett, Stephanie Garrett and Makayla (Cody) Carroll; grandchildren, William Clay Bagwell, Isaiah Trey Bagwell, Jacob Dylan Bagwell, Savannah Bailey Bagwell and Lucas Xavier Bagwell; step-grandchildren, Braxton Carroll, Nevaeh Carroll and Remington Carroll. He was loved and cherished by family and friends.
A memorial service was held at 1:00pm Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Culbertson officiating.
Visitation was held from 11:30am until 12:45pm on Thursday prior to memorial service.

Born in Ninety Six, she was a daughter of the late James Lewis and Lola Elizabeth King Andrews. She retired from Gerber Childrenswear and was a member of Eastview Baptist Church.
Survivors include sisters, Donna Andrews Shaw and Martha Andrews Shaw.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 14, at Eastview Baptist Church, Pelzer.

Simpsonville – Tony Mack Lollis, 78, husband of Linda Ruth Hooten Lollis, passed away Monday, June 30, 2025.
Born in Pelzer, he was a son of the late Houston and Ruth Bennett Owens Lollis. He retired from the United States Postal Service and served in the SC Army National Guard.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by brother, Colonel Tom E. Lollis, Sr. and a multitude of friends.

George Malcolm Kirk
George Malcolm Kirk, 87, of Powdersville, South Carolina, loving husband of Judy Cooper Kirk, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
Born in Greenville, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Bedford and Gracie McCarty Kirk. He was a devoted member of his community and a loving husband, father, and grandfather. George was known for his warmth and kindness, as he truly never met a stranger and made friends wherever he went. He owned George M. Kirk Drywall for many years, working diligently and earning the respect of those around him. He graduated from Easley High School before serving four years in the US Army and the US Army Reserves. One of George’s most beloved hobbies was gardening. He took great joy in sharing the fruits of his labor with his neighbors, often gifting them vegetables from his garden. Graveside services were held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
