Piedmont firefighters and Medshore ambulance service personnel work at the scene of a two vehicle wreck Thursday afternoon. It happened at the intersection of Highway 86 and River Road. SCDOT has installed traffic signals at that intersection but they are not operational yet. Two QRV’s also responded to the wreck.
