A dropped phone may call 911 and report an automatic crash detected. Apple watches also have this feature. Should this happen to you please answer the 911 operator and let them know if it’s a true emergency or not. Automatic crash detections can save lives but it can strain emergency personnel such as dispatchers, police, fire, and EMS should it be a false call.
