An Anderson County Deputy struck a bicycle on Old River Road Friday evening. Wren firefighters responded and assisted with patient care and traffic control. The deputy was not injured. The bicyclist was taken to the hospital by Medshore ambulance service. A QRV also responded. State troopers are investigating the wreck. (Photo by David Rogers)
