Firefighters from Whitefield, Broadway, Hopewell, Cheddar, Williamston, Piercetown, and West Pelzer responded to a structure fire on Opt Road. When firefighters arrived just minutes after receiving the call the house was fully engulfed in flames. The occupants were able to escape.
