The new platform leverages the Register of Deeds’ newly installed Ingenuity Land Records Management software to monitor new recordings and provide timely notifications whenever a deed, mortgage, or any other land record matches the registered user’s name(s). The REAACT system aims to give users peace of mind and notification of potential fraud by staying ahead of critical property and financial changes.
