Whitefield firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Highway 29 at Cheddar Road Monday afternoon. Flames were showing upon arrival. Firefighters did a quick knockdown as the vehicle was close to a building and propane tanks. No one was injured. (Photo by David Rogers)
