The Town of West Pelzer Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing regarding a request for a variance on property located at 110 Hwy 20. The request is for installation of a new fueling canopy. Applicant is Nesco Energy, LLC (owned by Het Patel)
The hearing will be held Thursday, May 7 at 6pm at the West Pelzer Municipal Center, 30 Main Street, West Pelzer.
The West Pelzer Municipal Planning Commission quarterly meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 21 at 6 pm has been postponed due to the lack of agenda items for consideration.
The next regularly scheduled meeting is set for Tuesday, July 21 at 6 pm, to be held at the West Pelzer Municipal Center.
West Pelzer Town Council will a Special Called Meeting Wednesday (Apr. 22) for second and final reading on an ordinance Prohibiting Convicted Sex Offenders from being in Town-Owned Parks and Recreational Areas.
First reading on the ordiance was held during a special called meeting held Apr. 15.
